Cancelation Policy

- Clients do have the ability to cancel or reschedule a previously booked session. - Clients must give 14 full days of advanced notice in order to cancel or reschedule. - If cancelling an upcoming session, the client will receive a 50% refund for the session that was booked if submitted within the proper time frame. - If the cancellation request is not submitted within the proper time frame, the client will not receive a refund. - If rescheduling, the client will not be charged if the request is submitted within the proper time frame. - If the rescheduling request is submitted outside of the proper time frame, the client will be charged an additional 20% rescheduling fee.
